PRIVACY POLICY FOR MyTasks 360 Mobile App

Rapela Thomas (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the MyTasks360 mobile application.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

1.1 Personal Information
MyTasks360 does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. All your data remains on your device and in your personal Google Drive (if you choose to enable backups).

1.2 Data Stored Locally
The following data is stored locally on your device:

• Tasks and their details (title, description, due dates, priorities)
• Categories and tags
• App settings and preferences
• Productivity statistics and streaks
• Theme preferences

1.3 Google Drive Backup (Optional)
If you enable Google Drive backup:

• Your task data is backed up to YOUR Google Drive account
• Data is stored in your private app folder (appDataFolder)
• Only you can access this data
• We cannot access your Google Drive
• You can disable this feature at any time

1.4 Google Sign-In
When you sign in with Google for backups:

• We only request access to app-specific storage (appDataFolder)
• We do NOT access your Gmail, contacts, or other Google services
• Your Google credentials are handled securely by Google
• We never see or store your Google password

ADVERTISING

2.1 Google AdMob
MyTasks360 uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect:

• Device advertising ID
• IP address
• Device information (model, OS version)
• Ad interaction data

2.2 Ad Personalization

• You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings
• Ads are used to support free app development
• Rewarded ads are entirely optional

PERMISSIONS

3.1 Notifications

• Used to send task reminders and daily planning prompts
• You can disable notifications in device settings

3.2 Internet Access

• Required for Google Drive sync and advertisements
• App works offline; sync occurs when online

3.3 Exact Alarms

• Used for precise task reminder notifications
• Ensures timely reminders

DATA SECURITY

4.1 Local Storage

• All data is encrypted using Android’s built-in encryption
• No data leaves your device without your explicit action (backup)

4.2 Cloud Backup

• Google Drive backups use Google’s security infrastructure
• Data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections
• Only you can access your backup data

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

MyTasks360 does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is designed for general audiences. If you are under 13, please use this app with parental supervision.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

6.1 Google Services

• Google Drive API (optional, for backups)
• Google AdMob (for advertisements)
• Google Sign-In (for Drive authentication)

• Local data: Retained until you delete the app or clear data
• Google Drive backups: Retained until you delete them from your Drive
• We do not retain any data on our servers

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted in the app and on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
